What is a training regime for an olympic table tennis player?

This is a difficult task, finding out what energy systems, what types of training and what psychological strategies are used in preparing for an olympic Table tennis event. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

The best way to get better at table tennis is to play alot of it. Only real experiences can prepare you for the entire game. They might do a little cross-training…but in all sense, i bet they just play the game alot.
