Apparently this is a reality television game show in Japan. I’ve seen several other “re-enactments” of similar nature with the same announcers and similar ninja-dressed assistants before. I’ve seen a really cool one with a pic-nic where the boyfriend is getting yelled at.

Though too bad they didn’t take out those black suit men out. These days that’s not TOO hard if you just have computer and bit of time to run program(of which there are free version) through.
Though if it was live event in show that of course makes that impossible but still
